As a Solution Architect, you will be a key driver in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation speech applications, products, and services. Collaborating within agile teams, you'll deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Specifically, you will:

  • Architect and drive the development of a modular platform for bot development, solidifying Deutsche Telekom's position as a service leader.
  • Evaluate and champion the integration of new and emerging technologies, acting as a thought leader and sparring partner.
  • Create compelling demos to showcase architectural concepts and future visions.
  • Assume architectural ownership and responsibility within the SAFe framework.


What experience should you have:

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in IT solution architecture and development for customer-focused projects.
  • Proven ability to apply Domain Driven Design principles and model IT architectures based on business requirements.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, SOA, Microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Significant experience building service bots, including voice enablement. Knowledge of service bot architecture and operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Genesys and/or Sprinklr platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, ideally with SAFe architect experience.
