Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and help us hire the right people across Central and Western Europe from admin and specialist roles up to middle management. This isn’t about mass recruitment — it’s about quality over quantity and making sure every hire adds real value to our business.

You’ll partner closely with managers and HR colleagues from the first job briefing through to onboarding. Along the way, you’ll improve how we hire, support leaders in becoming better interviewers, and co-create employer branding activities. We use agencies when needed, but the focus is on direct sourcing.

Our company is informal and friendly, but also entrepreneurial — not everything is structured. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure and ideas, rather than waiting for corporate playbooks.


What will be your key responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from planning to onboarding.
  • Work with managers and HR to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and creative channels.
  • Use agencies selectively when direct sourcing isn’t enough.
  • Screen CVs, run interviews (phone/video/in person), and coordinate assessments.
  • Keep recruitment data up to date in our ATS (Datacruit).
  • Ensure every candidate has a smooth and positive experience.

Process & Quality

  • Continuously improve recruitment practices, tools, and methods.
  • Support and coach managers in interviewing skills.
  • Use data to measure progress and guide decisions.
  • Bring structure and consistency where needed in our entrepreneurial environment.

Employer Branding & Projects

  • Act as an internal and external ambassador of our company.
  • Co-create and run employer branding with HR and Marketing.
  • Participate in group-level projects that improve talent acquisition standards.

What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally in international settings.
  • Experience hiring across a broad range of roles (admin to mid-management).
  • Strong direct sourcing and interviewing skills (incl. Behavioral Event Interviews).
  • Mix of in-house and agency/executive search experience is an advantage.
  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, Management, or similar.
  • Fluent Slovak & English (German is a plus).
  • Able to work independently, create structure, and stay effective in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate experience mindset.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and continuous improvement.
