We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and help us hire the right people across Central and Western Europe from admin and specialist roles up to middle management. This isn’t about mass recruitment — it’s about quality over quantity and making sure every hire adds real value to our business.
You’ll partner closely with managers and HR colleagues from the first job briefing through to onboarding. Along the way, you’ll improve how we hire, support leaders in becoming better interviewers, and co-create employer branding activities. We use agencies when needed, but the focus is on direct sourcing.
Our company is informal and friendly, but also entrepreneurial — not everything is structured. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure and ideas, rather than waiting for corporate playbooks.
