Talent Acquisition & People Partner

We’re growing fast and raising the bar on how we hire, onboard, and build teams. To support this, we’re looking for a mid-level Talent Acquisition & People Partner who is smart, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable owning end-to-end hiring for key roles across Actum.

This role combines recruiting with hands-on partnership for hiring managers. You won’t just fill roles — you will influence how we grow. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

What you will do

Take full ownership of assigned hires across tech, delivery, commercial, and support roles.

Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.

Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, communities, events, referrals, and creative outreach.

Run structured interviews, assess competencies, and guide hiring managers toward strong decisions.

Drive a smooth, transparent, fast candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Support team leads with workforce planning, hiring priorities, and basic people-related topics.

Strengthen our recruitment processes, templates, and hiring standards.

Support employer branding activities (community events, social media posts, internal stories).

Help improve onboarding for new hires in collaboration with HR and leaders. 

What experience should you have:

What makes you a strong fit

You have at least 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR OPS, ideally in a tech or digital environment.

You are comfortable speaking to engineers, product people, and business teams — even if you’re still learning the details.

You have a solid knowledge of TA strategies, HR processes and labor law

You are curious about user design principles in HR processes

You enjoy solving problems, not just coordinating tasks.

You bring a can-do attitude, take ownership, and move things forward without being pushed.

You are resilient, practical, and not afraid of a fast-changing environment.

You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and provide constructive pushback when needed.

You work well with data, tools, and modern recruitment methods.

Fluent English; Czech is a strong advantage.
