You have at least 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR OPS, ideally in a tech or digital environment.
You are comfortable speaking to engineers, product people, and business teams — even if you’re still learning the details.
You have a solid knowledge of TA strategies, HR processes and labor law
You are curious about user design principles in HR processes
You enjoy solving problems, not just coordinating tasks.
You bring a can-do attitude, take ownership, and move things forward without being pushed.
You are resilient, practical, and not afraid of a fast-changing environment.
You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and provide constructive pushback when needed.
You work well with data, tools, and modern recruitment methods.
Fluent English; Czech is a strong advantage.
