Team Lead Operations Analyst

You would be a part of one of the five teams providing second-level support to Heidelberg Materials, one of the world’s largest building materials companies. We are looking for a driven and dedicated team leader interested in dynamically developing IT technologies with us.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do:

We currently have a vacancy for a Team Lead position: 

  • Ensure appropriate staffing on the shift in order to provide effective customer care
  • Coordinate, prioritize work related tasks within the team to meet customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the shift is handed over in professional way defined in related document
  • Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings
  • Support the team members with guidance and advice
  • Escalate any personal issues to the Global Operations Manager
  • Keep the Global Operations Manager informed about ongoing issues
  • Coordinate Major incidents according to the Major incident process

What experience should you have:

You are an ideal candidate, if you:

  • Have very good knowledge of your specified area
  • Have a demonstrated track record with people management, respective experience with leadership
  • General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies (e.g. Microsoft server OS)
  • Very good English skills
