Team leader III - Business Analytics, Process & Data Mgmt

As a Team Leader, you support various management and HR processes, you handle different administrative tasks and help with the organization and design of internal activities. You closely cooperate with and support the functional leads and other stakeholders in the organization of daily operations of your team and act as single point of contact for all management relevant matters. You are responsible for carrying out budget planning tasks and cost efficiencies in your dedicated area. In your role you will be cascading the higher-level strategy into your own area, providing conceptual contributions to high-level strategic issues and optimizing the task area using key performance indicators.

Within the Brno location you will be disciplinary leading following teams Business Analytics, Process Management and Transition & Transformation. You will also act as supervisor of the other Team Leaders within the delivery organisation of DTSE CZ. You will be part of the DTSE CZ/SK Management Board and support the development of the DTSE centers hosted in these locations.

These teams are part of the DTSE Delivery organisation that aims to develop Scalable operations while ensuring top quality at competitive costs.

In parallel you will be assigned as senior project manager on projects from the DTSE Transition & Transformation team.


What will be your key responsibilities:

Leadership (30%)

  • Lead the team in DTSE CZ from disciplinary standpoint. Take accountability for the areas of staffing, personnel development, qualification, motivation, organization and development of the team
  • Provide guidance in liaison with international team and create a solid personal base for providing good quality results in healthy working environment
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Ensures personal development and support of team members
  • Set targets for team members, perform evaluation and provide feedback in liaison with disciplinary and functional leads
  • Ensure all group-wide policies are followed
  • Be part of the DTSE CZ/SK Management board and support the development of the center’s located in these locations.

Project Management (70%)

As a member of the international transition & transformation team of DTSE, you will be assigned to one or more projects for DTSE and its customers. Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Set-Up and planning of projects (structures, organizations, phases, resources, budget, risk-mgmt. & reporting) according to PMI- & Agile-related methodologies
  • Project lead of medium or large sized (sub)projects
  • Supporting or leading tasks & activities in Agile environment
  • Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality
  • Setting up project management office
  • Preparation of management presentations, status reports and documentations
  • Tracking of action items and issues
  • Risk management
  • Communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
  • Resource management
  • Document management
