About the role

Join Eleveo as a key technical expert working at the intersection of advanced support and consulting for our global customers. In this role, you will own complex technical issues, shape tailored solutions, and directly influence how our product portfolio is delivered and operated in both On-Prem and Cloud contact center environments.


What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do

Your daily impact

  • Lead advanced troubleshooting across systems, applications, VoIP, and network components.
  • Collaborate remotely with customers worldwide on delivery, implementation, and integration of Eleveo products with contact center platforms.
  • Keep stakeholders informed by clearly reporting progress, risks, and issues to the Project Management team.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve complex cases and influence product improvements.
  • Design and implement customized technical solutions that fit each customer’s environment.
  • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes to boost efficiency and quality.

Occasional activities

  • Deliver engaging technical trainings and workshops for Eleveo partners and customers (up to 6 weeks per year).
  • Create internal tools and scripts that streamline troubleshooting and maintenance of Eleveo products.

What experience should you have:

Education & experience

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar L3 support, consulting, or advanced engineering role.
  • Strong spoken and written English (advanced level).

Technical skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux.
  • Solid knowledge of VoIP technologies and related protocols.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
  • Practical experience with Bash, Perl, PHP and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with SQL databases.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
  • Proven track record in advanced troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of virtualization and cloud concepts.

Soft skills

  • Self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without constant supervision.
  • Highly communicative, with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn new technologies and approaches.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or at night when needed to support critical issues.
  • Confident presenter, able to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-focused attitude, always aiming for high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Team player who can also drive tasks independently from start to finish.
  • Proactive in spotting potential issues and suggesting improvements before they escalate.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting or other customer-facing technical roles.
  • Knowledge of additional scripting or programming languages.
  • Hands-on exposure to major cloud platforms and advanced virtualization technologies.
