Technical Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) Belgium & Luxembourg

Our client is an innovation leader and one of the largest manufacturers of tail lifts in Europe. For more than 40 years, the company has combined strong technical expertise and dedication to develop the best solutions for its customers. As a medium-sized, family-owned enterprise, it employs around 450 people in Germany and abroad. The brand continues to strengthen its recognition and market position, including steady growth across the Benelux countries. Due to international expansion, our client is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Belgium and Luxembourg.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers, while responsibly expanding the customer base through on-site visits
  • Contributing to sustainable sales growth and achieving agreed business objectives
  • Providing professional technical and commercial advice to customers, ensuring tailored solutions to their needs
  • Representing and actively promoting our clients’ products in a trustworthy and solution-oriented manner
  • Conducting market analyses and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making

What experience should you have:

  • Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification
  • Strong technical understanding with knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering
  • Ideally, initial experience in technical field sales and accustomed to working in a home-office / remote structure
  • French and Dutch languages skills in combination with good English skills would be preferred
  • Willingness to travel (ca. 50%)
  • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive mindset as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
