We are the AI Shared Services Team at Deutsche Telekom Services Europe – a fast-growing international, Inhouse Consultant unit for AI and digitalization topics. Based in Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, India, and Germany, we design and deliver AI and Data Science solutions for our internal customers inside Deutsche Telekom Group creating real business impact.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to connect our technical experts with business stakeholders. You will manage projects, translate customer needs into solutions, and help shape new AI use cases. In addition, you will drive the department’s Marketing and Communication activities, including content creation and event organization.
The role requires a proactive mindset, experience with agile project management, and strong skills or motivation in marketing and communication.

- Develop impactful AI use cases: design and deliver solutions in close collaboration with business partners.
- Manage AI projects: oversee timelines, resolve challenges, and guide teams with agile practices.
- Connect business and technology: translate goals into technical requirements and make complex topics accessible to stakeholders.
- Foster agile practices: ensure effective alignment between technical teams, business units, and other stakeholders.
- Drive marketing and communication: plan and implement activities across internal channels, newsletters, LinkedIn, and community updates.
- Shape visibility and engagement: refine our marketing strategy, create compelling materials, and organize events such as our AI in Finance initiative.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with possibility of home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
• Consulting mindset: proactive, structured and analytical working style, flexibility, and readiness to take ownership and grow.
• Educational background: university degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field in Business or IT.
• Project management expertise: proven track record in leading technical projects, ideally in complex or international environments, with experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe (certifications are an advantage).
• Technical understanding: solid grasp of IT, AI, and Data Science technologies; basic Python skills are considered a plus.
• Language skills: excellent English (B2+ level); German knowledge is an advantage.
• Marketing and communication: experience or strong motivation to grow in marketing, communication, and event organization.
