UX Solution Designer for T-NAP

What will be your key responsibilities:

Be part of a dynamic, cross-functional hub driving the cutting edge of network automation. At DigiHub, we're building, integrating, and operating the revolutionary Network Automation Platform, where:


  • We're constructing the central platform for network automation, powered by ONAP.
  • We're pioneering NFV with O-RAN, breaking free from traditional vendor dependencies.

  • We leverage state-of-the-art technologies like cloudification, microservices, and open APIs.

  • We're a growing team of approximately 40 passionate individuals, with ambitious expansion plans.

We're seeking a talented CX/UI expert to empower our portal teams and Product Owners, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences. You'll be the bridge between customer needs and development reality, translating complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces.

  • Design Customer Journeys: Develop compelling customer journey designs for our B2B products, informed by user feedback, technical specifications, and business requirements.
  • Create Stunning Interfaces: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging our design system to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Build Reusable Components: Design and develop reusable components that enhance our design system's efficiency and scalability.
  • Advocate for the User: Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, championing user needs through user stories, epics, and comprehensive documentation.

What experience should you have:

  • Design System Mastery: A deep understanding of design systems and their vital role in maintaining design consistency.
  • Design Tool Proficiency: Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, and a solid foundation in UI/UX design principles.
  • Technical Workflow Design: Ability to translate complex technical workflows, including policy and template editing, into intuitive frontend designs.
  • Front-End Fluency (Bonus): Proficiency in HTML and CSS to effectively demonstrate UX and design concepts.
  • Accessibility Expertise: Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG and others) to ensure inclusive design.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across design, product, and development teams; German is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities.
