We're seeking a talented CX/UI expert to empower our portal teams and Product Owners, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences. You'll be the bridge between customer needs and development reality, translating complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces.
- Design Customer Journeys: Develop compelling customer journey designs for our B2B products, informed by user feedback, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Create Stunning Interfaces: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging our design system to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Build Reusable Components: Design and develop reusable components that enhance our design system's efficiency and scalability.
- Advocate for the User: Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, championing user needs through user stories, epics, and comprehensive documentation.
