By ticking checked the box „I agree“, I hereby voluntarily give my consent to the Controller to process the personal data provided by me, particularly in extent stated below:
First name, surname, title, date of birth, permanent residence, eventually correspondence address, e-mail, phone number, qualification, overview of previous working experience – positions at the previous employers, extent and period of work performance in certain activities, further knowledge – foreign languages, driving license, eventually other data included in my biography (hereinafter referred as “Personal data”).
I give my consent my personal data to be further processed by the Controller after the application procedure is over for the purposes of any potential future selection procedure including contacting me about work opportunities for other appropriate positions within the Company.
I give this consent for a period of two years since it’s granting.
The consent to the processing of personal data stated above can be withdrawn at any time by the subject (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal), for instance by sending an e-mail or letter on the address of the Data Protection Officer (contact details see below).

Your rights according to GDPR:
- request free access to your personal data processed by the Controller;
- request copies of these personal data;
- request correction of the data in case this data is inaccurate;
- request erasure of the data processed by the Controller in case the reasons and purposes of processing do not last, or if the subject of personal data withdraws the consent or objects to the processing of the data, eventually if the Controller processed the personal data of the subject in contrary to GDPR or the act on processing of personal data;
- request restriction of processing of your personal data or transferability of the data.
