I hereby grant to the company

Greyson Consulting s.r.o., with its registered seat at: Vajnorská 10645/100A, 831 04 Bratislava, ID No.: 36 846 686, company registered with the Commercial Registry of the Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 48366/B, e-mail: info@greyson.eu (hereinafter also referred to as the "Controller")

in the scope of title, name and surname, date of birth, permanent address, photograph, information on education, information on previous employment, acquired skills and experience, results of the tests of the Controller regarding the work skills carried out by the Data Subject, telephone number and e-mail (hereinafter also referred to as "Personal Data"), namely Personal Data provided to the Controller on the basis of this consent; Personal Data provided in this consent to the processing of Personal Data; Personal Data provided to the Controller in the Consent to the processing of Special Personal Data; Personal Data provided in the CV sent to the Controller by the Data Subject; Personal Data provided in the letter of motivation sent to the Controller by the Data Subject; Personal Data provided on the LinkedIn profile of the Data Subject; and Personal Data provided in tests that the Data Subject is requested by the Controller to carry out;

• listing and storage of the Data Subject in the Controllers internal database on applicants for employment at the Controller and persons qualified to apply for employment at the Controller or applicants for business cooperation with the Controller,
• presentation of the Data Subject as a professional qualified to perform tasks on behalf of the Controller towards the Controllers clients/customers and provision of the Personal Data of the Data Subject to the Controllers clients/customers in order to establish business cooperation / get a business opportunity of the Controller, the realization of which would involve (also) the Data Subject or which would be carried out (also) through the Data Subject (hereinafter also referred to as the "Purpose");

1. 3 /three/ years as from the date of its granting, if no employment contract or business cooperation contract between the Controller and the Data Subject is concluded within this period, or
2. 3 /three/ years as from the termination of the employment contract or business cooperation agreement between the Controller and the Data Subject, depending on which of these possibilities occurs first.

The Data Subject shall have the right to withdraw this consent to the processing of Personal Data for the aforementioned Purpose at any time after granting the consent, within the period for which the consent was granted, in the same way in which the consent was granted, i.e. by withdrawing the consent to the processing of Personal Data in writing, delivered to the Controller at the address of the Controllers registered seat.

By signing this consent, the Data Subject acknowledges to have the right to:

• request the Controller to provide
• access to the Personal Data concerning the Data Subject and the right to receive confirmation from the Controller whether the Controller is processing the Personal Data,
• correct Personal Data,
• deletion of Personal Data. The Data Subject has the right to request that the Controller deletes the Personal Data without undue delay,
• restriction of the processing of Personal Data,
• the portability of Personal Data,
• object on grounds pertaining to a particular situation to the processing of Personal Data,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, being the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic based in Bratislava at the time of granting this consent, if it considers that the processing of Personal Data concerning the Data Subject on the basis of this consent is in breach of the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic governing the protection of personal data.
