ServiceNow Consultant

  1. I hereby give my consent to GuideVision group companies (as further identified below and in the company Privacy Policy https://www.guidevision.eu/privacy-policy), as (joint) controllers of personal data (hereinafter as „Controller“) my free consent to processing my personal data in the scope and purposes specified below:
    • name and surname,
    • email,
    • phone number,
    • additional information and photos listed in resume or other documents (e.g., cover letter) provided by me.
  2. The processing of the above-listed personal data is necessary for the purpose of selection process, registration into the Controller’s database of job seekers and sending other job ads and offers. The data will be processed by the Controller only for the period of 3 years.
  3. The consent can be revoked at any time, for example by sending mail at the registered address of GuideVision or by email at: gdpr@guidevision.eu
  4. The personal data processing is performed by the Controller. However, other processors might also process the personal data on the Controller’s behalf:
    1. Microsoft as a software provider (Office 365, ServiceNow)
    2. Other providers of processing software, services and applications. The up-to-date list will be provided on request.
  5. In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the (EU) Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation of Data Protection (hereinafter as “Regulation”), the Controller informs the data subject, that:
    • personal data of the data subject shall be processed on the basis of his/her free consent and under the above-specified conditions;
    • the reason of providing personal data of the data subject is expressing interest of the data subject in receiving job opportunities from the Controller, which would not be possible without providing personal data;
    • automated decision-making or profiling shall not be used during the processing of the personal data of the data subject, if the data subject is registered by the Controller as unsuccessful candidate;
    • the Controller had not appointed any data protection officer, had not authorized any processor to data processing nor appointed any deputy for fulfilling the obligations ensuing from the Regulation;
    • the Controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to any third countries, international organization or third parties not listed above;
    • the data subject has the right to revoke his/her consent with data processing at any time, the right to require access to his/her personal data processed by the Controller, to update or correct the personal data, to restrict the processing of the personal data and to object against the processing of personal data. The data subject has the right to data portability and to transmit the personal data to another Controller. The data subject also has the right to file a complaint at the Office for the Protection of Personal Data is he/she Is convinced that the Controller breaches the Regulation during data processing.
  6. The GuideVision companies, protect(s) all personal data being processed as strictly confidential and handle it in accordance with the valid and effective legal regulations in the field of personal data protection. The security of Your personal data is a priority for GuideVision.

The data subject declares that he/she was informed by the Controller about data processing and protecting, that the above-provided personal data are accurate and true and are given to the Controller voluntarily.
