Account Manager

As our new Account Manager in Crayon Czech Republic, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers in Czech Republic, helping us grow our Gross Profit, as well as increasing our Cloud & Services revenue.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Acquire, build and maintain trusted and long-term relationships with new clients
  • Work with software sales, cloud services and license agreements to existing and potential new customers, spanning the public and private sectors
  • Analyze, identify and address customer needs with solutions from Crayon
  • Develop end customers contact base and driving the sales of our service and vendor offerings
  • Initiate sales-promoting activities with the respective business owners in Crayon, while working closely with other departments
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales/product and cloud consultants’ team
  • Support customers with advice, project management and feasibility regarding their tailored digital transformation

What experience should you have:

  • 3+ years' experience in similar roles within the IT or software industry, covering both the public and private sectors with a focus on enterprise
  • Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes/consultative selling, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Ability to showcase strong experience in sales delivery
  • Driven sales professional in IT/technology and experienced in one of Crayon's areas of specialism: Licensing, Software Asset Management, or Cloud/Infrastructure services
  • Knowledge of IT services and/or project management is highly beneficial
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proactive, Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Winning attitude and strong relationship-building skills
