Associate Digital Engagement Manager - Prague

Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and CRM? e are looking for a new team member to take responsibility for digital engagement and help elevate our online presence!

What will be your key responsibilities:

Planning and executing digital engagement activities for the Czech & Slovak markets – developing social media and CRM content plans, managing digital campaigns, and coordinating with agencies.
Collaborating with key partners – coordinating digital activities with distributors and agencies, engaging influencers, and supporting professional digital initiatives (webinars, social media).
Optimizing and developing digital channels – managing and improving CRM platforms in cooperation with the global team, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring integration with e-commerce activities.
Supporting regional initiatives – working closely with the CEEME (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East) digital team, localizing global strategies, and contributing to the development of regional digital initiatives.
Managing and optimizing web platforms – maintaining, tracking, and improving client performance.
Analytics and reporting – evaluating digital campaign performance, utilizing Google Analytics and other tools to enhance strategy.

What experience should you have:

4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in FMCG or B2C.
Strong knowledge of social media, CRM, and PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced AdWords Editor.
Creative, energetic, and strong communication skills.
Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Czech native speaker, advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of the pet sector and e-commerce is a plus.
