Automation Engineer – L2 Remote Support

As an Automation Engineer – L2 Remote Support, you will be responsible for solving automation-related issues for customers in the food industry and beyond, such as in milling, chocolate, or pasta production. You will provide 2nd-level remote support using real-time system alerts and diagnostics. You will collaborate with on-site engineers and other technical specialists. Your role will also include capturing solutions and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Education or experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering
• Solid hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, process control, visualization systems, and Simatic
• Fluent English for global collaboration
• German is an advantage, but not required
