Trainee for Reporting team

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with data uploads, adjustments, and validation from source systems
- Maintain and adjust data models and ETL processes
- Build and enhance dashboards using BI tools
- Support backend/frontend tasks for report updates
- Automate reporting workflows and support developers
- Handle ad hoc and scheduled data queries
- Identify and document process improvements
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

- University student in Economics or IT (part-time welcome)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Celonis), SQL, scripting, or automation is a plus
- Strong Excel skills; experience with macros or Visual Basic is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
- Good communication and documentation skills
- English language, German language is a plus
- Eagerness to work in an international environment
