As a Business & Innovation Intern, you will work closely with project leads and consultants, assisting them in executing client projects and ensuring high-quality results. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's development by undertaking various daily tasks, ranging from content creation to logistical workshop planning and desk/field research.

Core qualifications of Business and Innovation Intern
- Strong interest in innovation methodologies, such as Human-Centered Design (HCD), Design Thinking (DT), and agile concept development
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in design, social science, marketing and/or business-related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Computer skills, including Google Slides, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent knowledge of English and German: fluent in speaking, reading & writing. French is a plus for potential user interviews
- Proactiveness and action-oriented work style to carry out assigned tasks independently
- Agile mindset and flexibility to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong team spirit and respectful, culturally sensitive personality with a willingness to listen and learn

What we need from a Business & Innovation Intern
- Conducting desk and field research, including qualitative interviews and user testings
- Planning, preparing and assisting in innovation workshops and coaching
- Preparing and designing presentations and client deliverables
- Supporting the team in daily administrative and office tasks
- Internship start in July/August with a duration 3-6 months
