About the job:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (hunter) to focus on acquiring new clients in the energy & utilities, banking & finance, and manufacturing sectors within the Czech market.
Your primary mission will be to open doors to new customers, understand their needs, and connect them with our technology teams, enabling them to grow and innovate.
This role combines hunting for new business opportunities (projects, bodyshopping, and long-term collaborations) with close cooperation with our delivery and solution teams.
What You’ll Do
Actively search for and approach new clients in the utilities, banking, and manufacturing sectors
Develop and manage the sales pipeline from the first contact to contract closure
Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and discovery workshops
Collaborate with internal experts on commercial proposals and solution design
Identify opportunities not only for projects but also for outsourcing and bodyshopping partnerships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, operations, procurement)
Regularly report business results and contribute to the overall strategy for the Czech market
Who We’re Looking For
You have at least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT or digital services
You are a true hunter – goal-oriented, driven by results, and comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
You understand the enterprise client environment, ideally within energy, finance, or manufacturing sectors
You can work with complex offerings – from bodyshopping to end-to-end digital projects
You combine a commercial mindset with a good understanding of technology
You communicate fluently in Czech and English
