Business Development Manager for Marketing Automation

🚀 We're hiring a Business Development Manager at ACTUM Digital. Not a \"book 30 meetings a month and move on\" kind of role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the part of business development where research turns into conversation — and conversation turns into a real business opportunity. If you have 1.5+ years of B2B sales / business development experience, know your way around a CRM, and genuinely enjoy figuring out what’s behind a client’s business challenge, keep reading.

What will be your key responsibilities:

👋 What’s the role? You’ll join ACTUM Digital’s Commerce, Marketing & Content Growth sales cluster and work closely with senior experts across: ⚡ Enterprise Content Management ⚡ Marketing Automation ⚡ Web Performance. Your focus will be on opening and qualifying opportunities across EMEA and the US. You won’t just generate meetings. And you won’t be expected to close complex enterprise deals on your own. You’ll own the space in between: research → conversation → qualification → clean handover.

What experience should you have:

  • ✅ 1.5–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development, SDR/BDR, Account Development, SaaS, MarTech, CRM, agency, or digital consulting.
  • ✅ A consultative mindset — you diagnose before you pitch.
  • ✅ Solid CRM habits: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • ✅ Strong English; Czech B1+ preferred; German B2+ is a plus.
  • ✅ Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and productivity.
  • ✅ The confidence to be the first person dedicated to this role — you’re coachable, proactive, and don’t need a perfectly polished playbook to get started.
