What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Active Sales Leadership: Dive into B2B sales and partner management, introducing clients to our cost-saving software solutions like Microsoft Office and Autodesk licenses. Help businesses cut IT costs by up to 70%.
  • Strategic Development: Craft strategies that blend our used software with clients' current subscriptions, maximizing value.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing expert software licensing advice to secure the best deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep sales forecasts on track and ensure our CRM systems run smoothly with smart solutions.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues in our head office to adjust our campaigns based on market feedback.
  • PR and Community Engagement: Represent Forscope at industry events and in the IT community, promoting our innovative cost-saving solutions and shaping our public image.
  • Team Leadership: Guide your team in creating and implementing business strategies aligned with our mission. Manage the full sales cycle for our unique products, focusing on mid to large-sized B2B customers, and keep your team motivated and engaged, even remotely.

What experience should you have:

  • Experienced Sales Leader: You bring at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the B2B ICT sector. If you have experience with channel management or indirect sales in IT/ICT, that’s a huge plus!
  • Team Motivator and Strategist: You know how to nurture and lead teams, driving sales growth with your innovative strategies and personal touch. You're proactive and client-focused, adept at building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
  • Communication Expert: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You're fluent in Romanian and proficient in English, equipped to bridge communication gaps and effectively interact with colleagues and clients across borders.
  • Passionate about technology/software: Your passion for IT innovations is infectious, and you’re eager to spread this enthusiasm to your team and extend it into our partner network.
  • Organized and Independent: You possess excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team. Your strong self-motivation and attention to detail help you to initiate improvements and reach out to new customers independently.
