Business Transformation Manager

We are hiring a Business Transformation Manager with a strong sense of business ownership and proven capability in managing projects and initiatives. In your job, you will have daily interactions with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the future of HB Reavis.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and support transformation initiatives and specific projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, strategic business alignment and risk management of the company.
  • Facilitate recurring governance forums and project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, simplification, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, finance, property, facility, leasing and other departments to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Facilitates training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills for new processes and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as agendas, dashboards, progress and analytical reports.
  • Monitor transformation progress and provide insights and escalations to senior stakeholders and Board of Directors.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure project milestones are met.


What experience should you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process analysis and project coordination.
  • Proven end-to-end project management ownership from the idea to successful implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across countries and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills (root cause analysis, gap analysis, UX analysis) to deliver business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage resources, prioritizing tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to setup new processes and to persuade stakeholders to get support of the colleagues and the management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver core project management elements including scheduling, scope definition, budgeting, risk tracking, governance setup, progress monitoring, backlog management, documentation control, stakeholder communication, benefit realization and evaluation, and project closure.
  • Fluent English, additional CEE languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint proficiency required. AI and other project management / programming tools experience as an advantage.
