Call Centre Client Advisor

We are growing fast, building a network of branches in Western Europe and with that comes a growing agenda in our call centre department. We are therefore looking for a candidate who has experience with working in a call. If this sounds good to you, we are eager to welcome you to the Driverama team.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Our customers reach out to us by phone, email and webchat. You daily task will consist of mastering all these communication channels with the aim to help our customers with all the relevant requests, questions and inquiries.
Your daily duties will be:
  • Servicing our customers interested to buy a car (no cold calls )
  • Arranging meetings for customers at our local branches
  • Handling customer service requests
  • Providing excellent customer care
  • And the unavoidable administration associated with customer handling - entering data into the CRM system

What experience should you have:

  • excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • experience working in a call centre
  • passion for communication with people
  • team player
  • willingness and will to move professionally and career-wise
  • German native speaker or C1 level at minimum without any accent
