• Education in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
• Flexibility in traveling to Germany
• 1-2 years background in customer service or finance preferred.
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection.
• Experience with working with SAP
• Language knowledge: German (fluent) and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Basic SAP knowledge
