Commissioning specialist with German language

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the national and international processing of commissioning complaints. In this role, you will review and assess complaints, analyze order data across multiple systems, ensure accurate commission calculations, and serve as a key contact for sales partners. Your work will contribute to transparency, quality assurance and a smooth commissioning process.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• First quality check of complaint (containing single orders) in the inbox, rejection to partner with explanation. If necessary, in case of acceptance, forwarding the complaint into the workflow (SAP-based).
• Research of single orders in different Telekom systems to clarify the status of the order (partially done by a BOT)
• Evaluation the result of the clarification, in case of a failure by Telekom: calculate the correct commission (based on rules). In case of rejection, choose and name a reason of rejection.
• Quality check of the commissioning statement to avoid complaints and gain deep insight in conditioning models to handle complaints correctly and effectively.
• Answering questions by Sales Partners regarding the commissioning statement. 

What experience should you have:

• Education in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
• Flexibility in traveling to Germany
• 1-2 years background in customer service or finance preferred.
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection.
• Experience with working with SAP
• Language knowledge: German (fluent) and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and problem solving skills
• Independent and comprehensive thinking
• Team player
• High self-motivation, as well as pronounced responsibility for the field of activity
