Contract Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our Asset Accounting department. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing lease-in and lease-out contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business operations and drive process improvements.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Introduction of new lease-in and lease-out contracts, annexes, and other changes related to the contracts
  • Validation and acceptance of invoices and interest notes via workflow; investigation of differences between contracts, cash flow, and invoices
  • Clarification of bank returns related to the invoices and contracts
  • Reconciliation of not settled balances on the vendor account
  • Managing the incidents occurring during the valuation of the contract
  • Strong cooperation with Accounts Payable department and Contract Negotiators
  • Supporting complex customers’ requests and providing information, regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Resolving complex and difficult issues with other departments and customers
  • Identification and clarification of process disruptions and addressing process changes and optimizations
  • Acting as the first contact for customers and being responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring timely booking of all transactions
  • Guiding and coaching other team members, training newcomers
  • Involvement in functional and cross-functional projects
  • Other ad-hoc tasks according to the needs of the Asset Accounting department
  • Drive smaller digitalization, automation, harmonization, and process improvement initiatives

What experience should you have:

  • Experience in contract management, finance, or asset accounting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently on complex issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • English language and German language – fluent (B2/C1)
