They are looking for a Customer support specialist to work in the Vilnius office.
Customer Support Specialist shall report functionally and be directly accountable to the Head of Local Sales.
Main duties and tasks are the following:
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information for customers about bank products.
• Assist customers with account management, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and account maintenance.
• Communication with customers and collection of documents and necessary information for onboarding customers and for regular reviews.
• Organizing preparation of contracts for credit and other banking services with clients.
• Perform administration of borrowers monitoring their contractual obligations.
• Preparation of different reports assigned by head of sales unit.
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
• Assisting relationship managers in performing tasks related to lending processes.
• Manage information and ensure entering necessary data into databases of systems used in the Bank according to determined procedures or as instructed by head of local sales unit.
