Creative director - Brand Experience

The Creative Director – Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in defining, evolving, and implementing the overarching Rohlik Group brand identity across all our markets. This role is central to rebuilding our brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice, and template solutions for tactical advertising, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints and brands in the group portfolio (including private labels). Reporting to the VP of Marketing and a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will drive innovation and cohesion, shaping how Rohlik Group connects with its customers.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Role Overview

The Creative Director – Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in defining, evolving, and implementing the overarching Rohlik Group brand identity across all our markets. This role is central to rebuilding our brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice, and template solutions for tactical advertising, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints and brands in the group portfolio (including private labels). Reporting to the VP of Marketing and a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will drive innovation and cohesion, shaping how Rohlik Group connects with its customers.

Key Responsibilities Brand Ownership & Evolution:

  • Lead the strategic development and evolution of the Rohlik Group brand or brands, overseeing the identity for all sub-brands / private labels across markets.
  • Ensure alignment of branding initiatives with the group's ingredients, reinforcing a unified identity that stands out in a competitive market.

Rebuild Identity & Guidelines:

  • Rebuild and refine the group’s brand identity, including logo, color schemes, typography, and overall visual language and overall identity.
  • Create comprehensive, scalable brand guidelines that govern brand usage across all regions and platforms.
  • Work with Board level on branded topics (off calendar) such as employ branding, company events, board meetings etc.

Tone of Voice:

  • Support the implementation of a distinctive tone of voice that resonates with our diverse customer base while maintaining consistency across languages and markets.
Template Solutions for Tactical Ads:

  • Develop adaptable template solutions for tactical ads that streamline execution while maximizing creative impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and our creative studio to ensure templates are flexible, functional, and on-brand.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and regional marketing teams to drive seamless execution of branding initiatives.

  •  Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure alignment with business objectives.

    Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Rohlik Group’s branding remains fresh and relevant.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for brand storytelling and customer engagement.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field.
  •  8+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of rebuilding and evolving brand identities at a regional or global scale.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a vision and rallying teams behind it.
  • Proficiency in design tools and familiarity with modern advertising and branding platforms.
