What will be your key responsibilities:

About the job:
As a part of the Customer Service department Hub South/East, you will be helping our customers from Italy (as well as other countries). The working hours are primarily between 08.00-18.00 (CET). The role is a full-time position.

The main responsibilities include:
Communication with our customers over the phone or via e-mail.
Handling of inquiries and claims from end-users and customers.
Technical support, troubleshooting, inspiration.
Upselling (end-users)

What experience should you have:

You are...:
... positive of mind and have a logical approach to solving problems. Besides that, you are a fast learner, detail oriented, excellent communicator and can smile on the phone. You are flexible and multitasking. You are fluent in Italian and English both verbally and in writing (Additional language skills would be advantageous.).

Experience:
You have proven experience from the customer service environment
Good level of knowledge working with Microsoft programs
Problem solving, Navision, SAP, Zendesk
