Digital Account Manager (Kentico +

For my client, the large digital full-service agency I am looking for a skilled Digital Account Manager.

This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated IT and sales enthusiast who already has good sales experience either in customer acquisition or account management.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will generate new B2B business either through prospecting over the phone/email/Linkedin or shaping opportunities in existing accounts. Overall, you will focus on creating market share by selling digital transformation projects (built on Kentico platform) to customers in international markets with a focus on these solutions:

  • Complex enterprise website solutions
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Product Information Management
  • Search Engine
  • Cookie Consent Solutions

In the beginning, the role will be mainly about acquiring new clients. You will get 1-2 clients for the start but you need to actively look for new clients and build your own client portfolio. By creative and effective selling you can come up with the first quick wins/small projects and then develop them into large big projects (500K-1M EUR).

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Generating new Web & Portal Development projects (new business) via calls, emails, social media, vendor relations (Kentico), campaigns, lead management, etc.
  • Establishing call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics
  • Coordinating internal delivery team to achieve important milestones in the sales life cycle (presales, POC,  technical parts of bid management)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients and existing clients
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Effectively managing client expectations
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of approved products and services
  • Processing sales orders and working with our sales support
  • Keeping our CRM system updated

What experience should you have:

  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in sales (IT consulting sales/technology is an advantage)
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead sales cycle
  • Proactivity, professionalism, positive attitude
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Problem solving + ability to improvise
