Digital Customer Acquisition Specialist (Search Marketing Specialist)
Power Technique Business Area is looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition Specialist responsible to drive potential customers to the websites and optimize the site.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategy with Division & Customer Center.
- Support the business to secure 1st position on Google for our targeted keywords.
- Drive Organic non-branded traffic to PTBA sites.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO.
- Conduct SEO audits.
- Collaborate with Divisions & Customer Centers to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Pickup local best practices to share in our competent development platforms.
- Provide training to Division & Customer Center on Digital Customer Acquisition.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Investigate to establish more sources of online traffic such as search engine ads, affiliates, social media, etc.
- Work side by side with division & customer center to create content that supports both strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives to drive the highest possible impact and results.
What experience should you have:
- Strong bias toward taking action.
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
- Knowledge of what works and doesn’t work in SEO.
- Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
- Experience with a data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Creative, flexible, dedicated, and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
- You should understand both content marketing strategy and the use of analytics to measure and optimize performance.
