We are looking for a Digital Product Manager - Learning & Communication to drive the reach, adoption, engagement, and impact of our corporate learning products. This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, focusing on user experience, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement strategies. You will work at the intersection of learning, communication, and user engagement, ensuring employees discover, use, and benefit from our learning ecosystem through compelling communication and strategic product engagement.
Your success will be measured by engagement metrics, user retention, and business impact—not just content completion rates.
- Drive Engagement & Adoption: Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that leverages various channels (including newsletters, internal platforms, and social tools) to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI of learning products.
- Own and Manage Communication Strategy & Channels: Develop and oversee the communication strategy and communication channels, utilizing all possible ways to increase reach and engagement.
- Content Creation & Curation: Own and manage the "We Learn" communication, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and user-relevant content. Write, edit, and curate learning-related communications, adapting messaging to different target audiences.
- Product Thinking: Treat our learning portfolio as a digital product, applying A/B testing, data insights, and personalization to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key metrics (e.g., click-through rates, active users, conversion rates), analyze engagement data, and run experiments to continuously improve communications and learning product effectiveness.
- Technology & Automation: Work with IT and learning tech vendors to optimize communication tools, automate campaigns, and improve platform integration to drive seamless learning adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and internal communications teams to align learning experiences with business needs and ensure a cohesive user journey.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct research (surveys, interviews, heatmaps, usage trends) to understand friction points and improve platform usability and communication effectiveness.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
