What will be your key responsibilities:

  • As an Employee Experience Designer within our HR department, you will be responsible for crafting and enhancing every aspect of the employee journey. You will focus on understanding the needs, desires, and pain points of our employees, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve their overall experience.
  • Employee Journey Mapping: Acquire an intimate understanding of employee needs and their journey within our organization, pinpointing critical touchpoints and pivotal moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and feedback from employees, using data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to visualise and test new employee experience initiatives and gather feedback for refinement.
  • Co-Creation: Design and facilitate workshops involving key stakeholders and users, fostering active participation and a holistic approach to projects.
  • Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to create innovative solutions that address employee pain points and improve satisfaction, engagement, and productivity.
  • Communication and Training: Devise and deliver training programs and communication strategies, promoting a user-centric approach among HR colleagues. Enable them to develop and refine their services with a primary focus on employee needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Strategic Design: Play an integral role in shaping strategic decisions, with the ultimate goal of making employee experience centrality the new standard within HR operations.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field like Marketing preferred.
  • Track record and affinity in a human-centered design, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, workshop design, moderation, and mastery of relevant design tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a deep commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • German language is an advantage
