Engineering Manager

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are searching for an Engineering manager to join one of our engineering teams

About CustomInk

At Custom Ink, we are building an e-commerce platform that allows businesses and individuals to design and order custom-printed shirts. We also develop the operations and supply chain tooling that powers our business and large printing facilities.

Our software is used by millions of customers, and there’s plenty of challenging problems to get into. We build customer-facing apps for designing, placing, and managing orders that need to scale. We build large distributed internal systems for print automation, logistics, and our production pipelines. We apply image processing and machine learning techniques where possible to automate fuzzy real-world problems found in our business.

About the team

Our Art Tools team develops tools and pipelines for preparation and processing of our graphics data. This includes things like converting customer designs into artist-ready and print-ready files, routing files to the correct queues and artists, processing images, supporting our business intelligence by extracting useful metadata, or augmenting data so that it is ready for print at one of our printing facilities.
