Enterprise Architect

• Analyze the value and benefits of the company’s application landscape for its business model and strategy.
• Develop and enforce a modern, forward-looking IT strategy.
• Conduct architecture modeling across multiple layers, including Business, Processes, Data, Applications, Technology, and Infrastructure.
• Define and implement architecture principles, creating comprehensive architecture views and perspectives.
• Identify and document roles and responsibilities across the organization.
• Design and develop scalable, AI-capable data architectures and infrastructures.
• Model data structures and create solution designs for enterprise applications.
• Plan and oversee system integrations, ensuring compliance with IT industry standards.
• Monitor and assess technological innovations and drive their implementation within the Group and industry ecosystems (e.g., standardization, open-source initiatives, etc.).
• Provide strategic advice and consultation to top management on technological, architectural development, transformation, and integration.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for architecture-related issues and decisions.
• Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project deliverables.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Have at least 6 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise architectures using recognized frameworks.
• Are TOGAF certified.
• Possess strong skills in analyzing and designing complex IT systems.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills to convey architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess and mitigate architectural risks effectively.
• Have experience implementing methods for continuous improvement and adapting enterprise architecture to evolving needs.
• Bring experience in introducing and using modeling tools and techniques for visualizing and documenting architectures (a plus).
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Are skilled in stakeholder management and capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
