EPM Developer

Building financial systems that perform at scale across a global organization takes more than just coding skills. It takes someone who understands EPM architecture end to end, thinks in solutions, and doesn't cut corners on governance.
We're looking for an EPM Developer to join a long-term international project for a global client based in France.

What will be your key responsibilities:

You'll lead solution design, development, and performance tuning on Polaris EPM architecture. Your work will span complex calculations, system integrations, automation, and environment strategy. You'll drive governance best practices and ensure the financial systems you build are scalable, high-performing, and built to last (not just to ship).

What experience should you have:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in EPM development
  • Strong development skills in Polaris — this is non-negotiable
  • Solid knowledge of Essbase and Tagetik
  • Proven experience with EPM architecture design, complex calculations, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning and automation
  • Ability to lead solution design and apply governance best practices
  • English at a level of active professional communication

Nice to have

  • Experience working in global financial planning environments or large-scale EPM transformation projects
