Finance and Risk controller!

What will be your key responsibilities:

Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors on C-SOX, financial audits, and Internal Control matters;

Provide accounting support for major transactions and enable audit closure;

Drive the development of Control Self-Assessment (CSA) testing documentation;

Assess risks on crucial business processes and collaborate with teams to enhance internal controls;

Develop annual priorities and projects for internal control;

Report on the effectiveness of the European entities' risk management and control framework;

Assist the European CFO with ad hoc projects.

What experience should you have:

Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in audit, finance and accounting, with an emphasis on auditing and financial reporting;

Project leadership experience and a process-oriented mindset;

A critical and analytical mind with an eye for detail;

Excellent verbal communication with strong interpersonal and influencing skills;

Strong and effective documentation and organizational skills;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

An advantage would be knowledge of SAP or a Public Accountant certification (RA, FCA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
