Finance Stream Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Stream Leader for an international project in the pharmaceutical sector. You will take part in a key SAP S/4HANA transformation, setting up and aligning financial processes across the organization.

Take the helm of the financial stream and transform complex business requirements into modern processes in the latest SAP environment. You will act as a strategic link connecting finance, technology, and international business in a setting where every decision has real impact.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a Finance Stream Leader within the SAP S/4HANA implementation, you will be responsible for leading the financial stream (FI) in an international project for a pharma client. Your tasks will include performing Fit-Gap analysis in the finance domain, coordinating SAP FI consultants, collaborating with the business to define “to-be” processes, and ensuring financial processes are properly designed, integrated with other modules, and aligned with business requirements. You will become the main point of contact for finance between business stakeholders, the project team, and other streams.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience as SAP FI Lead / Stream Lead / Senior FI Consultant with lead experience
  • Proven experience in leading a financial stream (beyond hands-on configuration), Fit-Gap analysis, and designing “to-be” processes
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI (Finance)
  • Experience with SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations
  • Ability to coordinate a team of consultants, communicate with business stakeholders, and manage end-to-end processes
  • Nice to have: experience with pharma projects, international rollout projects
  • Team leadership experience (managing a stream)
  • Willingness to travel ocassionaly to Hungary/Budapest to the client during the analysis phase (relocation not required)
