Financial Assistant

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the finalization of supplier contracts in cooperation with lawyer and Sales manager
  • Commercial analyses of margins per product and customer, credit limit report
  • Preparation of reports for sales by categories and products
  • Follow up on contract fulfilment and payments
  • Preparation and sending advance payment requests/payment requests to customers
  • Debt/cash overview report and follow up
  • Supporting pricing, preparation of price calculation

What experience should you have:

  • 3 years experience in finance area
  • Economist degree
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • MS Office knowledge with solid Excel skills
  • Good cooperation and negotiation skills
  • Result oriented personality
