Financial & Business Controller

What might appear on your to-do list?

• Preparation and ownership of business plan/case of dedicated business line (over the lifetime of a real estate project or other area of business), managing regular and ad hoc reporting related to them.
• Process management of independent portfolio valuation.
• Co-creation and ownership of Group Business plan.
• Preparing and maintaining Financial Feasibility Studies for individual development and income producing projects.
• Managing process of Annual Budgeting & ad-hoc Forecasting, preparation of BR & BPC materials, ad-hoc reporting.
• Acquisition support, KPI setting, leasing plan preparation.
• Management of OPEX agenda on both local and Group level (coordination of OPEX planning process and reporting to senior stakeholders).
• Providing analytical support to dedicated departments (Consolidation support to Group Accounting team, Local accounting teams, Tax and Transfer Pricing team, Corporate financing team).
• Partnering with The Group Owner and Group Board of Directors - providing insight on financial results, interpreting and analyzing deviations, forecasts, past performance and business plans.

Do you meet these criteria? You're already a strong candidate!

• University degree in Finance,Business Administration or Mathematics.
• 5-years work experience within controlling, finance
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for business
• Strong business thinking 
• A natural problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity, structure, and a solutions-driven mindset.
• You combine solid business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to clearly articulate your ideas and influence decision-making across different stakeholders.
• Good command of English language, min. B2 level
