What will be your key responsibilities:

At Rohlik, we strive to offer our customers a richer and more delightful assortment than in any supermarket or other online service. This includes the freshest local products, but also authentic food from across Europe uniquely available at Rohlik - the sweetest citrus from Iberia, original delicatessen from Italy, haute cuisine from France. The GM Group International Sourcing owns the strategy and execution of Rohlik Group-wide international sourcing across all product groups (ultra-fresh, fresh, dry, frozen), and the pan-European supply chain operation to deliver the goods efficiently to fulfillment centers of the local Rohlik services. The GM builds and leads an organization of international buyers, supply chain managers, and administrative specialists, and works closely with local Commercial Directors and their teams. Success in this position means that our local services get access to unique international products, can source them in the highest quality at best terms, and get them delivered fast, reliably, and economically.

What experience should you have:

  • Experience in building and leading a commercial department, preferably incl. supply chain
  • Great leadership skills and ability to work in and deliver results across international markets
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
  • Flexibility in finding solutions paired with drive to execute them
