Group Procurement Manager

Group Procurement Manager is a young and quickly growing function within Rohlik Group focusing on Indirect categories. We have two key missions – 1st we are here to find strategic supplier & partners in the market that will support us in our expansion and 2nd we are here to leverage our increasing size to find better business conditions for as us well as our partners.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead Group/local RFI, RFP and business review meetings
  • Manage existing supplier relationships, including the day to day management, lead communication to supplier,
  • Drive collaboration with country teams to ensure strategic procurement
  • Drive continuous operational improvement actions and initiatives
  • Contribute to cross functional projects

What experience should you have:

  • 5 + years of professional experience, where 3+ years in Procurement, in more categories. Procurement experience related to set up of new retail fulfilment centers and automations of retail fulfilment centers is a plus.
  • Strong Procurement/Negotiation skills;
  • Great Analytical and decision making skills
  • Supplier Relationship leadership skills
  • High and positive energy/self-starter
  • Proficiency in English/German is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts
  • Confident, proactive, well organised and able to work under pressure
  • Experienced negotiator, self-motivating strong personality
