Meet our team

We are a team of five, primarily handling IT recruitment & HR processes while providing HR support for both HM Digital Hub‘s managers and employees. Being no strangers to employer branding nor HR marketing, we also cover the entire lifecycle of all employees seated in Brno, who keep the IT heart of Heidelberg Materials – one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials – beating.

What will you do

You will mainly focus on the IT recruitment portion of the job with full ownership of the process, but there will be also a space provided for playing a role in onboarding & outplacement processes in addition to the guidance of newcomers in the first months on their new positions.

This vacancy is ideal for those in search for a part-time job (approx. 20-25 hours weekly). We can be flexible with your week agenda. However, the job needs to be scheduled during business hours, Thus, a half of working time from the office & the rest is up to you.


What will be your key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring process of new colleagues
  • Create and publish Job Adverts on the official career page and other job portals e.g., Jobs.cz etc.
  • Plan and run pre-screening calls, take part in candidates’ interviews & recommend qualified talents to hiring managers
  • Actively hunt for IT professionals using LinkedIn career platform
  • Cooperate with recruitment agencies giving us a helping hand in staffing
  • Maintain positive employer brand and cooperate on other HR activities

What experience should you have:

Requirements

You are an ideal candidate if you :

  • have work experience in IT recruitment (2+ years)
  • have interest in a variety of HR topics
  • like to work in hybrid set-up ( being on site for 2 days per week)
  • are fluent in English language – both written and spoken
  • have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • are self-driven & initiative professional with an interest in the IT industry
