Inside Sales Executive - Russian

Our client is an internationally operating company, providing innovative and cost-efficient B2B solutions for multiple industries. The products and services include information technology and communications equipment and systems, electronic components and materials as well as office equipment. For the CIS market, where duties will include developing current client relationships and generating new business in new markets, our client is seeking an Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d).

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Running several different products/services-related campaigns with three core objectives: individual revenue target, pipeline target, and an account coverage target
  • Using CRM tools and outbound telephone techniques such as cold calling (for hunting campaigns) and telephone account management (for farming campaigns) and other digital sales techniques (email, LinkedIn, Video Conferencing, online fairs/events, and Blog posting)
  • Working closely with several client field sales managers from various business units and countries
  • Primary responsibility for this role is to identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Field sales managers are in charge of pricing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Finding, developing, and qualifying the opportunity, presenting it to the field sales manager for prompt follow-up, and then continuing to assist and cooperate with your opportunity until it is won

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (C1) in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or sales support role
  • Experience working with time-based targets
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to adapt to different sales scenarios and situations
  • Digital native with a business curiosity
  • Self-aware and able to develop your own situational judgment
  • Have a keen interest in business and building on your own business acumen
