IT Delivery lead

• Project Oversight: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing team dynamics.
• Performance Optimization: Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows.
• On-Site Implementation: Actively engage in on-site fulfillment center activities, applying practical solutions and adapting to a dynamic environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in project or delivery management. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master are preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools, experience with agile methodologies, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
• Mindset: Young at heart, resilient, adaptable, and ready for hands-on work in fulfillment environments.
• Leadership: Strong communicator and motivator, able to coach teams and foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
