IT Enterprise Architect

• Develop enterprise architecture strategy that aligns technology investments with longterm business objectives. 
• Create and maintain architecture roadmaps covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains. 
• Lead solution architecture reviews to ensure new initiatives follow standards, patterns, and best practices. 
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and cost effective designs. 
• Define and enforce architecture governance including principles, frameworks, and decision making processes. 
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption paths that drive innovation and operational efficiency. 
• Guide development and engineering teams through architecture decisions, patterns, and implementation approaches. 
• Document architecture artifacts such as diagrams, standards, patterns, and reference architectures. 
• Ensure interoperability and integration across systems, platforms, and cloud environments. 
• Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives by embedding security-by-design principles into architecture. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or technical architecture 
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) 
• Expertise in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe 
• Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., C4 Model, ArchiMate, Sparx EA, Visio, Lucidchart) 
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and eventdriven architectures 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in a technical or business field 
• Experience with enterprise data architecture including governance and analytics platforms 
• Background in cybersecurity architecture 
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, or ITIL 
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives 
• Experience working with custom applications 
• Experience working the professional sports industry 
• Experience working with Sales Force and NetSuite Required Qualifications
