IT Project manager

Role overview:

Become a part of the project team in payment cards and transactions area at Global Payments Europe. You will be responsible for managing technology, infrastructure, customer and strategic projects across the Global Payments group. You will be part of the international Business Technology Service department providing IT and Technology support for the European region of Global Payments.

Your task

● you will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of assigned projects in the field of technology, infrastructure, customer requirements and also with the opportunity to participate in strategic projects in the Global Payments group

● you will ensure communication about the status of projects, both internally for the company's management and key stakeholders, and also externally towards the customer

● you will participate in supporting PMO processes such as portfolio risk management (operational, project) and filling out regular reports summarizing key metrics, successes, problems and interesting points for the Global Payments group

● you will participate in building the project management "brand" of the company, i.e. implement, create and promote new ideas to improve and effective existing processes

Your profile

● 3-5 years of experience with project management focused on IT and technology area

● experience with card and transaction area is an advantage

● experience with Agile and Waterfall project governance are welcomed

● interest to develop your expertise within IT and technology in card and transaction area

● structuredness, flexibility, pragmatism, transparency, proactive approach, detail orientation and goal orientation are a must

● excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

● fluent English in written and spoken form is a must
