We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team in Prague. The ideal candidate will be executing the creation of high-quality marketing materials across offline and online platforms. Design engaging banners, social media content, and presentations, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and effective communication.

The core qualities of Junior Designer

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Hard skills: Visual Design, Graphic design software, Typography and Layout
• Soft skills: creativity, communication, attention to detail

What we need from Junior Designer 

• Visual Design: Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials and platforms
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging
• Design Tools: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma to bring concepts to life
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Creative Ideation: Generate innovative design concepts that effectively communicate messages and resonate with the target audience
• Print and Digital Design: Adapt designs for both print materials and digital platforms
• Typography and Layout: Skillfully use typography and layout principles to create visually engaging compositions
• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to refine and improve the final product
• Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Passion or interest for Motion Design is a plus
