Junior Market Research Analyst (Part-Time) - Pankrác

Join our Customer Insights and Analytics team, where you’ll contribute to creating data-driven solutions based on customer needs. Our mission is to become the leading manufacturer of solutions creating the future of access and motion within buildings. To help achieve this, we’re looking for a motivated Market Research Analyst focused on competitive intelligence and market trends analysis.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Track what competitors are doing and stay updated on industry trends
Assist in conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking
Gather information from various sources, like reports and interviews with customers and business partners
Analyze market data and share insights in easy-to-understand formats
Support the preparation of reports and presentations based on research findings
Present your findings to you colleagues and team members
Cooperate with other teams such as product management, solution management or marketing department on big market studies and customer feedback projects

What experience should you have:

Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and work with data and various information
Curiosity and willingness to learn: Eagerness to pick up new topics
Online research skills: Ability to quickly and accurately find relevant information from a variety of online sources.
English proficiency: Able to communicate and write in English
Basics of Excel and PowerPoint: Comfortable with basic Excel tasks
Interest in technology: Helpful but not required
